1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the personal nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we can only accept returns under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived defective or unusable.
- The product was missing from your order.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products with broken seals
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales unless received damaged or defective
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- A brief description of the issue
Our support team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.
4. Refunds
Once your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:
- Full refund
- Partial refund
- Product replacement
- Store credit
Refunds are issued only after verification and approval by our customer support team.
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
5. Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged if:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
7. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective product), Glow N Gleam will cover the return shipping costs.
For any other approved return requests, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
8. Product Results Disclaimer
Skincare results vary from person to person depending on skin type, routine, and individual factors.
Glow N Gleam does not provide refunds based solely on dissatisfaction with cosmetic results, as individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
